1/2 cup of chocolate sauce or store-bought chocolate covering
1 tablespoon of orange liqueur (Curaçao, Grand Marnier, or Cointreau)

Place one half of pear on a plate or serving dish, cover with a ball of ice cream
Mix the chocolate sauce or covering with the orange liqueur
Heat over low heat
Pour over the ice cream and serve
Repeat 4 times.
