Peel the potatoes, wash the Brussels sprouts
Cut the potatoes into wedges
Fry the linguica slices in olive oil, add the potatoes and fry well
Add the Brussels sprouts and onions, cut into small cubes
Season to taste
Beat the milk with the egg
Pour into the pan
Cover to let the egg thicken.
