Preheat a refractory form in the oven
Add the onion, butter, garlic, curry powder, ginger, pepper, and salt
Cover and steam in high pressure for 2-4 minutes or until the onions are cooked but still crunchy
Mix well
Add the cauliflower, cover with a lid, and microwave on high for 5-7 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked
Mix well and serve
