    Chop cooked and seasoned flower sprout tips. Dip each tip into beaten eggs mixed with salt, then fry them. Heat a pan with butter until melted, add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté. Add 2-3 tomatoes, removing seeds and peels, and cook until they're well broken down. Add 1 tablespoon tomato paste and season with salt to taste. Simmer for about 5 minutes, adding a little water as needed. Arrange the flower sprout tips in a baking dish and cover with this sauce.
