To make: Break a head of cauliflower into florets that are not too small, and soak them in olive oil in a bowl to coat them well
Add a pinch of salt and black pepper and mix
Spread the cauliflower florets in a non-stick baking dish and put it in the oven at 210 degrees for 20 minutes, shaking the dish once or twice
Don't let the florets pile up on each other
The more they come into contact with the hot baking dish, the crisper they'll be.
