6 tablespoons of breadcrumbs from the top crust
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley

In a medium skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter
Fry the onion and garlic until they caramelize, but don't burn them
Add the prosciutto and fry quickly, stirring rapidly
Add the breadcrumbs and parsley, stirring well
Stuff the chicken thighs with the mixture above
Close with toothpicks or sew shut
Place in a skillet with 2 tablespoons of melted butter, frying slowly
As they dry, add hot water gradually until the meat is tender and lightly browned
