1 turkey breast, approximately 2 1/2 kg
1 large onion, cut into pieces
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of salt
1 bottle of tomato juice
3 tablespoons of mustard
1/4 cup of olive oil
For the farofa:
1/3 cup of butter
2 tablespoons of chopped onion
1 cup of diced tomatoes, seeds removed
1/2 cup of raisins
4 cups of cassava flour
Salt to taste

Pulse the onion, garlic, salt, tomato juice, mustard, and olive oil in a liquidizer
Place the turkey breast in a baking dish and pour the tomato sauce on top
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for a while
When the meat is cooked, remove the foil and let it brown
While the turkey is cooking, prepare the farofa: fry the onion in butter until it starts to brown
Add the cassava flour and mix well until it starts to toast
Add the tomatoes and raisins
Season with salt to taste
Serve with the turkey
Cook for 8 people.
