Place the onion, garlic, vinegar, rosemary, and salt in a blender cup
Add 1 cup of water and blend well
Pour over the turkey, cover, and let it rest in the refrigerator for one day to another
Flip occasionally
Roast in a moderate oven (180°C) that has been preheated for about 1 hour or until the meat is tender
Baste with pan drippings from time to time
Serve warm, garnished with herbs
