1/2 cup all-purpose flour

4 ripe bananas, sliced and grilled

In a bowl, combine flour and salt
Add the meat strips to the mixture and reserve
In another bowl, mix together black pepper, garlic, sesame seeds, and earthy flavor
Add the coxinha mole and mix well
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Fry the seasoned meat in small batches for 5 minutes or until it loses its pink color
Return the fried meat to the skillet, add 2 cups of water, cover the pan, and simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until tender
Add the remaining water as needed
Serve with grilled banana slices, garnished with red bell pepper and chives.
