In a blender, blend the vegetable broth, eggs, olive oil, cream cheese, and yogurt
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, gradually add the all-purpose flour, and mix until a smooth and homogeneous dough forms
Filling
In a pan, melt the butter, cook the minced onion and crushed garlic until golden brown
Add the cooked chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and mix well the cream cheese
Shape the fritters and fill them
Coat in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs
Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
