Stew
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 tablespoons of chopped onion
1 zucchini
1 carrot
2 potatoes
1/2 tablet of beef broth
Salt and black pepper to taste
Meatballs
1/2 pound of ground beef
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 whole egg
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 medium onion, finely chopped

Melt the butter or margarine and sauté the onion
Add the zucchini, carrot, and potatoes, cut into slices and cubes respectively, and let it cook for a few minutes
Add 1 cup of water and beef broth, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes
Set aside 6 meatballs (keep the others in the freezer for another occasion)
Combine the meatballs with the stewed vegetables and let it simmer for an additional 15 minutes
Check the seasoning
Place the beef in a bowl
Add all the ingredients
Taste the seasonings, mix well with a wooden spoon, shape into meatballs, and fry in hot oil.
