3 ripe avocados
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons Porto wine

Peel the avocados, remove the pits and sprinkle with lemon juice
Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes
Add salt and combine in a blender with milk
Add wine and blend some more
Refrigerate well before serving cold.
