3 tablespoons of ground almonds
3 tablespoons of damson or raspberry jam
1/3 cup of rum

Fry the bananas in 2 tablespoons of butter
Place 1/2 banana on each crepe and fold the 4 sides to the center
Mix the remaining butter, almonds, jam, and rum
Cook slowly, stirring always until the mixture thickens and froths
Moisten the crepes with the sauce and serve warm
Yield: 8 units.
