1 hand of squash

1 1/4 cup of peeled and cubed potatoes
3 cups of chicken broth
1 cup of milk

Wash and peel the squash, using only the tenderest parts, then chop coarsely and cook slowly in butter for a few minutes
As it starts to soften, add the potatoes, broth, and cook slowly for 20 minutes
Blend in a blender
Bring back to heat again and dilute with milk
Serve hot, 6 portions.
