    In a saucepan, dissolve well 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of brewed coffee, using a bit of milk. Don't let it form lumps. Then add 2 cups of skimmed milk and mix. Bring to a low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens slightly. Remove from the heat. Pour a little of the milk mixture over a whole egg that's been lightly beaten. Mix well to make sure everything is uniform. Put it back in the saucepan and bring to a simmer again. Cook, stirring constantly until it thickens. Remove from the heat and let cool for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add 2 tablespoons of melted non-caloric margarine and adjust to taste. Serve in 4 individual servings and refrigerate. This will yield a total value of 400 calories or 100 calories per serving, distributed as follows: proteins, 6.3 g; carbohydrates, 9.4 g; lipids, 4 g.
