In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, chocolate chips, coffee, and vanilla
Distribute evenly into four individual ramekins and arrange them in a shallow baking dish
Fill the baking dish with water to 1.5 centimeters above the ramekins
Bring the water to a boil over high heat
Reduce the heat, cover, and cook for 15 minutes
Remove the ramekins, let cool, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least three hours or until frozen solid
Garnish with cinnamon and lemon zest.
