Two-thirds cup cooked rice
Two cups milk
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
One-third cup sugar
Half teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate sauce

Heat the milk and reserve
Beat the eggs slightly, then add the salt and sugar
Add the milk gradually, stirring constantly
Add the rice and vanilla extract
Pour into a greased pudding mold and cover with aluminum foil
Tie the foil around the mold with string all the way around
Place cold water in a pressure cooker to depth of two inches
Place the pudding, seal the cooker, and cook for five minutes after pressure is reached
Turn off heat and let pressure release
Remove from heat and let cool
Serve chilled with chocolate sauce.
