2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of ground cumin
1 tablespoon of ground coriander

a sprig of rosemary, minced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2/3 cup of grated coconut
1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoons of salt
1 cup of water
1 kilogram of crab meat, peeled and cleaned

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, cumin, coriander, pimenta, rosemary, and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes
Add the coconut and sauté for another minute or two
Add the lime juice, salt, and water
Simmer slowly for 10 minutes
Add the crab meat and cook until it's tender.
