4 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 cups of milk - 480ml
5 hard-boiled eggs, cut into pieces
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley

Place the onion, butter or margarine, and oil in a pan
Heat it up
Fry over low heat until the onion is soft
Add the wheat flour
Mix well
Add the milk off the heat
Mix well
Return to the heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened
Remove from the heat and add the eggs
Add the chopped parsley and mix
Serve in 6 portions.
