1 cup Mandarin Orange Liqueur (tangerine liqueur)
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup Mandarin Orange Liqueur (tangerine liqueur)

2 tablespoons cornstarch
Place the cornstarch in a saucepan and gradually mix with the water
Add the Mandarin Orange Liqueur, and heat while stirring constantly until a smooth cream forms
Remove from heat, let it cool while stirring occasionally to prevent scum formation
Serve over gelatin.
