Add the cauliflower and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender (about 1 minute)

Cook, constantly stirring with a wooden spoon, until slightly thickened (about 1 minute)
Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring well, to achieve a creamy consistency (about 4 minutes)
