Melt the butter until it turns dark
Next, blend the other ingredients in a blender
Pour the batter into an anti-stick frying pan with approximately 30 cm diameter
Use a small scoop to ensure the crepe stays thin
Leave the batter for a few moments in the frying pan and, when turning, dust with crystallized sugar
After that, add lime zest and a few drops of fruit juice
Finally, spread a little butter on the batter using a brush
Fill with your preferred ingredients
