1 pound cooked and shredded chicken breast
1 teaspoon hot paprika

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 egg white
1 1/2 cups angel hair pasta, finely chopped

In a pan, heat the olive oil, cook the onion and garlic until golden brown
Add the chicken, paprika, salt, vegetable broth, flour dissolved in milk, and stir until it thickens off the pan
Remove from heat, add the parsley and let cool
Make patties with the chicken mixture, coat with egg white and pasta
Fry until golden brown.
