1 1/4 cups of rolled oats
1/3 cup of finely ground cinnamon in a cup
1/3 cup of melted butter
A pinch of salt

Mix all the ingredients well
Place in a 25 cm diameter frying pan and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally
Spread on an ungreased baking sheet to cool
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate (up to 3 months)
Best served with fruit salad, ice cream, puddings, and yogurt
