Boil the potato with salt until it's very tender

Drain and, while still warm, mash the potato in a ricer

Drain the excess water from the ham

In a bowl, mix together the mashed potato, ham, grated cheese, wheat flour, egg, chopped onion, black pepper, and cilantro

Shape the mixture into croquettes and then coat them in bread crumbs
Aquatic oil and fry the croquettes until they're golden brown
Remove, drain on paper towels, and serve immediately.
