In a pan, melt the butter with olive oil and sauté the chopped onion
Add the beef cubes and, stirring constantly, sprinkle all-purpose flour
Join rosemary, white wine, beef broth, and spices
Cook for 30 minutes or until tender

Serve immediately, accompanied by cooked green peas passed in butter
