Preparation:
Rake the corn grains
Pulse the grated pulp in a blender with the milk and blend
Strain the liquid through a sieve and bring it to a medium heat in a pan
Add the sugar
Mix as the mixture thickens
Gradually add the coconut milk
Cook until the cream sets, then place it on a plate to cool
Pour into the refrigerator and let it chill
