1 and 1/2 cups (scant) of sugar
3 cups (scant) of milk
2 cups (scant) of coconut milk
6 toasted corn flakes

Grind the cornmeal with the water and pass it through a sieve, squeezing well
Put into a saucepan with sugar, milk, and coconut milk
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until the bottom of the pan appears
Check if the flavor is cooked corn
If not, add more milk
Remove from heat and pour into wet molds
Let it set
Unmold and serve with toasted corn flakes on top.
