1 cup chopped nuts
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Remove from heat and stuff the Damascos

Glaze: bring 2 cups sugar to a boil; add 2 tablespoons white vinegar and cook until it reaches the breaking point
Reduce heat to minimum and pass the sweets, then place them on a greased marble surface.
