1 liter of milk
1 can of condensed milk
4 tablespoons (serving size) of cornstarch
4 tablespoons (serving size) of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons (serving size) of sugar
1 tablespoon (serving size) of butter
1 liter of milk
1 can of condensed milk
4 tablespoons (serving size) of cornstarch
4 tablespoons (serving size) of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons (serving size) of sugar
1 tablespoon (serving size) of butter
In a blender, beat the milk, condensed milk, cornstarch, cocoa powder, sugar, and butter
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
Let it cool and blend again in a blender
Serve chilled, garnished with white chocolate shavings
If you prefer making a white pudding, follow the same preparation method, but pay attention to ingredient substitution: omit the sugar, substitute the cocoa powder with 200g of melted white chocolate in a bain-marie, and replace the condensed milk with heavy cream.
