3 peeled guavas

1/4 cup of water
4 cups of natural goat's milk
honey or sugar to taste

Cut the guavas and remove the seeds
Sieve the seeds
Blend the guava pulp in a blender
Soak the gelatin in cold water
Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until the gelatin dissolves
Let it cool and mix with the blended guava and goat's milk
Sweeten to taste with honey or sugar
Place in a container and refrigerate until firm
Serves 4 people.
