60g of dark chocolate, grated

Cut four 15cm squares of parchment paper and place the grated dark chocolate in the center
Slice the bananas into medium-sized rounds and arrange them over the chocolate
Peel the oranges and cut the peel into thin strips
Make a juice with the fruits and reserve it
Spread the orange peels to your liking and sprinkle chopped fresh mint leaves on top of the banana, drizzle with orange juice
Fold the parchment paper like an envelope or a trinket box and bake in a medium-temperature oven for 15 minutes
Serve warm.
