4 bananas
60g of grated dark chocolate
2 oranges
1 small handful of fresh mint leaves

Cut four 15cm squares of parchment paper and place the grated dark chocolate in the center
Slice the bananas into medium-sized rounds and arrange them over the chocolate
Peel the oranges and cut the peel into thin strips
Make a juice with the fruits and reserve
Spread the orange peels to your liking and sprinkle chopped fresh mint leaves over the bananas, drizzle with orange juice
Fold the parchment paper like an envelope or roll it up and bake in a medium oven preheated for 15 minutes
Serve warm.
