Mix the yolks with milk and cornstarch in a blender until smooth
Cook the mixture in a saucepan over low heat until thickened
Add one can of condensed milk and mix until a cream forms, then set aside
Boil the pudding with water and sugar until tender and strain
Combine the remaining condensed milk with grated chocolate, stirring until thickened
Beat egg whites until stiff, then mix with sugar and cream and reserve
Assemble: Layer of creamed condensed milk, layer of pudding, layer of chocolate cream, and top with whipped cream
Serve chilled.
