Mash or blend the almonds or caju nuts with the glaze; add the desired extract, along with the egg white, and mix until a smooth and easy-to-form dough is achieved
Add the red food coloring and mix well
Shape into small balls of approximately 3cm in diameter and give them the appearance of a little devil's face
