1 kg of beef

2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 kg of tomato, peeled and seeded, cut into cubes

5 cups of vegetable broth
150 g of green beans
1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped

Wash the beef in cold water, slice it thinly
In a pot, bring water to a boil, add the beef and simmer for 5 minutes
Drain the water and rinse the beef in cold water. Reserve
Heat the olive oil in a pressure cooker, sauté the onion and garlic
Add the tomato, salt, pepper, and beef, stir well
Add the vegetable broth, cover the pot, and simmer on low heat for 40 minutes after starting to cook under pressure
Reduce the pressure, open the pot, add the green beans, and if necessary, add more water
Simmer for 15 minutes or until the green beans are tender
Serve with white rice
