Remove the shells from the cashews, remove the pit and let them sit for some time in a bowl with water and lemon (to prevent browning)
Drain the cashews
Place them to cook in a pressure cooker with sugar and water, for five minutes starting from boiling
Remove the lid and simmer over low heat until a syrup forms
Add cinnamon and cloves
