300 g of strawberries or frozen strawberry pulp
1 recipe of low-fat sweetened condensed milk
1 packet of unflavored and unsweetened gelatin
1/2 cup (chá) of water
1 can of light cream
1/2 cup of your preferred liqueur (optional)
3 egg whites
Low-fat sweetened condensed milk
1 cup (chá) of low-fat whole milk
1/2 cup (chá) of boiling water
1/2 cup (chá) of dietetic sugar substitute for oven and grill
1 tablespoon of light margarine
300 g of strawberries or frozen strawberry pulp
1 recipe of low-fat sweetened condensed milk
1 packet of unflavored and unsweetened gelatin
1/2 cup (chá) of water
1 can of light cream
1/2 cup of your preferred liqueur (optional)

Low-fat sweetened condensed milk
1 cup (chá) of low-fat whole milk
1/2 cup (chá) of boiling water
1/2 cup (chá) of dietetic sugar substitute for oven and grill
1 tablespoon of light margarine
Make the sweetened condensed milk: blend all ingredients in a blender for five minutes
Refrigerate
To make the mousse, wash the strawberries and reserve some for decoration, if using fresh fruit
Hydration of unflavored gelatin in water and let it rest for three minutes
Transfer to a double boiler to dissolve and then to a blender
Add the strawberries, sweetened condensed milk, cream, and liqueur (if using)
Blend well until homogeneous and gently fold in the beaten egg whites
Pour into an oiled mold and refrigerate for four hours
Demold and decorate with reserved strawberries.
