12 ripe cashews (without shell)
1 lemon with skin, cut into slices
1 cup of water
15 envelopes of powdered sugar

Using a skewer, make small holes in the cashews and gently press them onto a non-stick pan
Place the lemon slices and let it sit for about 10 minutes
Remove the lemon, add chopped cashews and water
Cook over low heat for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, without covering the pan
Remove from heat; add powdered sugar
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
