Soak the passion fruit pulp in cold water for 24 hours, changing the water at least three times during this period
After that, drain the water, cut the pulp into thin strips and reserve
In a saucepan, combine the sugar, water, and clove-like pieces of passion fruit rind and mix well
Bring to a boil, then let the mixture cook undisturbed until it reaches the consistency of a fine syrup
Add the reserved pulp and cook for 20 minutes
Next, add the passion fruit juice and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
