1 can of condensed milk
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

In a medium saucepan, cook the sugar and coconut, stirring constantly until it becomes a dark brown paste
Add in the water, condensed milk, and, if desired, cinnamon and nutmeg
Let it simmer until it reaches a fudge-like consistency
After cooling, pour into a serving dish
Serve at room temperature.
