On a surface, place the wheat flour, make a depression in the center and add the oil, salt, and water
Mix until a smooth dough forms
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin or a pasta machine
Knead
Make sure it's fine
Cut circles with a 10 cm diameter cookie cutter
Cut strips 1 cm wide
Place some coca on one circle and brush with water around the edge of the dough
Top with 6 strips intertwined, forming an envelope by closing the edges of the dough well
Place in a baking dish dusted with wheat flour and bake for 20 minutes or until the dough is cooked and crispy
Yields about 12 units
