Preheat the oven to 350°F (medium)
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter
In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks and eggs gently with a hand mixer (chicote), just until combined, without separating the whites
Add the butter, flour, and cheese, beating until the flour dissolves completely (about 2 minutes)
Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish
Put it in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (about 40 minutes)
Let it cool slightly before inverting onto powdered sugar-dusted wax paper, then rolling up like a ring
