Cut in half, remove all pulp and let shells soak in water for several days, changing frequently
Bring the limes to a boil in a pressure cooker with water
Let cook for 1 hour
Open the pressure cooker, add sugar and simmer without pressure until a medium syrup is obtained
Strain into 10 portions.
