Drain and press
In a large saucepan, combine the water, cinnamon, sugar, cloves, and Green Mother's pulp
Bring to high heat until boiling
Reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes or until the Green Mother's pulp is tender
Remove from heat and let cool
When cooled, place in a compote dish.
