a cup and a half of sugar
Wash the passion fruits well
Cut them open and remove the seeds
Make a juice without water
Put the skins in a pot with plenty of water and cook for 45 minutes
Remove from heat and, with a spoon, remove the white part, discarding the rest
Blend through a blender with a little juice
Mix the passion fruit pulp with sugar
For each cup of pulp, use two and a half cups of sugar
Add the juice and bring to a boil, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick to the bottom
When it's well thickened and separates from the bottom of the pot, remove from heat
Serve cold.
