Place the paprika in a saucepan, cover with water and cook for 10 minutes after boiling
Strain and reserve
Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan and stir until the sugar dissolves
Bring to a boil, add cinnamon and cloves and simmer without stirring until a thick syrup forms
Add the reserved paprika and let it simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes
Marshmallow
Cook the sugar, corn syrup, and water to form a thick syrup
Pour the hot syrup over the egg whites while whisking
Continue whisking until the mixture becomes firm
Let it cool.
