Combine the dried passion fruit, orange, and lemon in a saucepan, cover with water, and cook for 15 minutes
Remove from heat, add butter or margarine and sugar, and mix well
Refrigerate until cold
Roll out the pastry dough finely on a floured surface and cut into circles about 10 cm in diameter
Place 1 tablespoon of the passion fruit mixture onto one half of the circle and fold to form the tart
Squeeze the edges with a fork and fry until golden brown.
