Heat the olive oil and wine over medium heat
Add salt and stir
Before boiling, remove and let it cool down
Arrange the all-purpose flour on a flat surface and form a mound with a hole in the center
Gradually pour in the batter
Mix by hand until you get a homogeneous dough
If it gets too hard, add more wine
Shape into rolls and cut into 3 cm pieces
Heat a skillet with olive oil to warm up
To leave small marks on the dough, press each ball onto the grater and press lightly
Fry in hot oil over low heat for 9 minutes or until golden brown
Warm the honey in a pan
Add the balls, stir, and serve.
