1 cup of cooked and mashed sweet potatoes

Mix the sweet potatoes with the sugar and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes
Add the coconut milk and continue cooking, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until it thickens well
Remove from heat, add the cheese, nuts or hazelnuts, and butter or margarine, beat well, and let cool
Form small balls with this mixture and store them in a warm water bath to prevent hardening
Dredge them in coconut flakes and garnish each one with a clove or a piece of nut or hazelnut
Serve in paper cups.
